Why BCCI Always Thrusty For Money?

In some previous days, we have seen how BCCI make changes in the jersey of the Indian team for the WEST INDIES tour. Of course, BCCI has a good bank balance but what needs to make change is DREAM 11 instead of INDIA. It makes me very disappointed. 

is BCCI thinking that Dream 11 is more important instead of the India logo on the player's jersey? If yes, why?
